Press Setter Operative

CMS Recruitment are currently working with a very well known Engineering company based in Gateshead. We are currently looking to recruit for a number of Press Setter Operatives.

You will work across two shifts (early & backs) Monday to Thursday 0630 – 1630 / 1230 – 2230.

To be the ideal candidate, you must have:

• Experience and knowledge of working on Press machines.
• Ability to use general measuring equipment etc
• Be familiar with power press ranging from 90 Ton to 200 ton

You must be able to work independently which will include the changing of tooling, the setting of machine, operating the machine and checking parts. Knowledge of working to and understanding drawings is desirable.

This role is a temp to perm role with a starting hourly rate of £12.71. Full training is given. if you are interested in this role please apply by sending an updated CV.
