Commercial Gas Engineer

CMS Recruitment are currently working with a well know facilities Maintenance company company based in West London who are looking to recruit a number of Commerical Gas Engineers on a permanent basis.

About the role
You will undertake repair, minor and major project works associated with critical, essential and non-essential client requests. SLA and KPI driven, you will be responding to jobs instructed by our Maintenance Coordinators and Project Managers.

Key responsibilities
Respond to reactive repairs and breakdowns within set SLAs and KPIs
Strive to first-time-fix on all reactive jobs
Work collaboratively with the team
Report further works required using the company bespoke system app
Provide technical support to office staff and clients when required
Keep record of parts used and diagnostics of each breakdown
Enhance equipment performance and reliability by developing technical skills and knowledge inline with our continuous-improvement culture
Always comply with statutory health and safety obligations

Qualifications Required

Experience in reactive and planned maintenance
Commercial Gas Qualification
Gas Safe Registered
Full UK driving license
Good communication skills and customer service skills
IT literate including iPhone/iPad and Android devices
Good timekeeping skills
Ability to report clear, concise information to the operations department
