Commercial Gas Engineer

Our Client is looking for some commercial gas engineers to join their team. The day-to-day roles will be covering reactive maintenance across the different clients we have covering the gas breakdowns and PPM works. Candidates from a domestic background looking to move into a commercial work will be considered, and put through the relevant training if successful.

Any of the below qualifications will be beneficial:

COCNC01- Commercial Changeover

CIGA1- Indirect Fired Commercial Appliances

ICPN1- Installation Commercial Pipework

CDGA1- Direct Fired Commercial Appliances

TCP1A- Testing & Purging of pipework.

CORT1- Overhead Radiant Heaters (Not essential)

Catering and LPG qualifications would be preferable, but we have no issue putting engineers through training and getting them qualified for anything we need them to have

Typical working hours will be 8-5pm, but some days may start earlier depending if the issue needs to be resolved before trade begins.

Pay rate will be between £19-£23 p/h. You will be paid from when you leave home to when you return. The hours spent travelling before th first job will be paid at £15, but as soon as you are logged on, you will be paid at the agreed hourly rate.

Overtime will be paid 6pm-6am. This is paid at time and a half, there is also a call out rota which works out every 1 in four/five weeks. Call out is Monday to Sunday paid at call out rate per job, this is:

• £100 (First job),
• £75( Second Job)
• £50 (Third Job
