Stores Operative

CMS Recruitment are currently working with a very well known company based in Longbenton who are currently looking to recruit a Stores person.

Due to high demand, the launch of new products, and the recent increase in production activities, we’re now looking for a Stores Operative to work within our efficient and reliable Stores team.

The main responsibilities for this role will be to work as part of the Stores team.Ensure daily targets are met and effectively carry out the key processes of the department.

The right candidate will have experience of working in, manufacturing, warehouse or packing experience of the following responsibilities:

• Use of the computerised stock and control system
• Preparation and despatch of finished goods
• Packing of all good to be sent out to clients

The role will have some repetitive tasks from time to time, so a high attention to detail and strong ability to focus on tasks is a definite requirement!

• Are comfortable using computers
• Experience in the following areas is a plus, but not essential:
• Warehouse experience
• Packing experience
• Material control experience
• Manufacturing experience

Shifts: 7am – 5pm Monday – Thursday
