Toolmaker / CNC Machinist

CMS Recruitment are currently working with a very well known Engineering company based in Coventry. They are currently looking to recruit for a Toolmaker CNC Machinist.

Summary

Newly qualified Apprentice with a couple of years’ experience required, to further develop their skills within a busy press shop and toolroom environment. Working on Automotive Panels and Tooling, maintaining Press Tools, Jigs and Fixtures.

This is a varied role where you will be mentored and trained as necessary in all skills required, including CNC machining a variety of Bench Work

• Hands-on and Adaptable
• Ability to read and work from Engineering Drawings
• CNC Machining
• Bench Work
• Radial Drilling
• Surface Grinding
• Fitting
• Try out and Snagging.
• Qualification in Engineering Apprenticeship or Manufacturing Qualifications

Hours of Work

• Monday to Thursday 0700am to 1600pm, Friday 7am to noo
• 39 hour working week
• 33 Days holiday per year
