Zone Leader / Team leader

CMS Recruitment are currently working with a very well known Engineering company based in Gateshead. We are currently looking to recruit a Zone Leader.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as first line management in the organisation and running of the assigned press zone, reporting to the Senior Manufacturing and H&S Controller
• We are looking for someone with the personality and the mind-set to make the first step into management of the business.
• You should be a team player, with the ability to uphold the company policy on Quality, Health and Safety, productivity, conduct and housekeeping. Ideally with a previous knowledge of press setting, and previous Team Leader experience.

• Excellent timekeeping and attendance are also critical to this role.
